Movie poster design possibly inspired by Andy Warhol for Russian movie 24-25 Not Returning by Wolfgang A. Schlosser, 1972 . W.A. Schlosser was a renown Czech graphic designer and illustrator. He was educated at the Kölner Werkschule, at the Academy of Book Design, Leipzig, Germany and the Academy of Fine Arts, Prague. His artistic portfolio includes poster designs, book illustrations and designs for art exhibitions. This old poster is a rare example of where the western Andy Warhol’s pop art influence meets with Russian communist propaganda to show us once again that Art is a bird that doesn’t know the borders. Original vintage film poster in A3 size. Poster is in beautiful condition, light tear on the right hand side.
